摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定了聚乙二醇中抗氧剂(芳香基受阻酚)含量。通过考查测试条件,选用最佳吸收波长226 nm,样品质量浓度8 mg/m L,放置时间5 min。经过多次测量,其结果的相对标准偏差<1.5%,极差<0.004%。
The content of antioxidant (aryl hindered phenol) in polyethylene glycol was determined by using the ultraviolet spectrophotometry. By investigating the test conditions, the selected optimal absorption wavelength is 226 nm, the mass concentration of sample is 8 mg/mL, the placing time is 5 min. Through repeated measurements, the relative standard deviation of the result is less than 1.5%, the range is less than 0.004%.
