摘要
采用气相色谱内标法对偏二甲肼纯度进行测定,代替常规的标准工作曲线法,避免了外标法微量进样带来的缺陷。试验采用TCD检测器,DX–403型填充柱。结果表明,该方法相对标准偏差接近于1.0%,加样回收率>98.0%,准确度高,重复性好。
The purity of the unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine (UDMH) was determined by using the gas chromatographic internal standard method. The disadvantages caused by the micro sampling of the external standard method were avoided by replacing the conventional standard working curve method. The TCD detector and DX-403 type packed column were used in the experiment. The results show that the relative standard deviation of this method approaches 1.0%, the recovery rate of the sample is more than 98.0%. This method exhibits high accuracy and good repeatability.
