摘要
在相同的栽培基质及环境条件下,对不同地区来源的9个蛹虫草菌株(CM-1~CM.9)的生物学效率、生产周期、子座长度、子座密度、子座直径进行精准测定及综合评价,并采用综合评标的方法,综合分析评价9个菌株的生产性能。结果CM-8为优良菌株,其生物学效率为92.35%,生产周期43天,子座长度8cm,子座密度较大,子座直径0.7cm。
Under the same substrate and cultivation environment, the 9 Cordyceps militaris strains from different areas were accurately measured and comprehensively evaluated by 7 cultivated indicators including the biological efficiency, the production cycle, the length of the stroma, the length of the stroma, sub-seat density and sub-seat diameter. Besides, the production performance of the 9 Cordyceps militaris strains was evaluated by comprehensive evaluation method. The results showed that CM-8 was selceted as an excellent strain with a high biological efficiency of 92.35%, a short production cycle of 43 days, a length of 8 cm, a high density of the daughter and a diameter of 0.7 era.
