模具热处理是保证模具性能的重要工艺过程,对模具的制造精度、模具的强度、模具的工作寿命、模具的制造成本等有着直接的影响。模具热处理品种配套发展速度快,即从早年的小型简单的冷冲模具,到后来有大量需求的中小型冷作模具、热挤压模和压铸模,再到精密的塑料模具,多年来已经形成比较完整的模具热处理生产体系。文章介绍了汽车制造用模具的选材原则、汽车制造用模具材料和热处理的发展状况及模具的热处理技术;同时指出了汽车用模具热处理的最新发展动态和发展前景。
Hot treatment of mold was very important processing, it influenced the production accuracy, mold strength,work life of mold and the production cost. The supporting of mod hot treatment could be finished rapidly, from earlier small simple cold forged mold, to later hot fored and casting mold, and now the accuracy plastic mold, a complete mold hot treatment processing system had been established. The paper introduced the principle of chosing materials of mold in automobile industry, the development of hot treatment.
