摘要
对重钢铁前系统结构调整后原燃料条件劣化进行了梳理,结合高炉生产实际和碰到的现象,探讨重钢高炉应对原燃料劣化采取的技术管理对策。在重钢现有原燃料条件下,通过优化高炉操作制度和控制合理操作炉型,实现了高炉稳定顺行。
After the structure adjustment of the system before iron, the raw material and fuel condition deterioration were combing in Chongqing Steel. Combined encountered phenomena in actual production, it was discussed that technical management measures was taken for this. Under current conditions of raw material and fuel in Chongqing Steel, it achieved stable smooth operation of blast furnace by optimization of BF operation system and control reasonable operation profile.
