对重钢2500m^3级高炉成功封炉和复产进行了总结。我们认为长时间封炉及复产，是一项较新开高炉更为复杂、繁琐的系统操作，封炉前的工艺调整、封炉料的合理选择是基础，封炉后的保温措施是保障，复产后开炉技术应用和恢复进度的掌控是关键，通过合理有序地工作推进，可以按预案成功、快速恢复，并获得良好的技术经济指标。

This paper summarized the blowing-off and recovering practice of 2500m3 furnace. This process was considered to be a more complicated systematic operation. Precautions before blowing-off and blocking material was foundation, keeping temperature after blocking should be guaranteed, recovering and reloading process was the key point.
