摘要
本文主要分析了硬线钢在冷态拉拔时出现杯锥状断口的原因。借助金相、扫描电镜、化学分析和硬度测试等方法对硬线钢盘条断FI进行了分析,结果表明拉拔杯锥状断口形成主要是由于基体内非金属夹杂物和索氏体率低等原因造成的。
This article mainly analyzed the reason of cup cone fracture on hard wire steel during cold drawing. By means of some methods, such as metallographic, scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) , chemical analysis and hardness test, hard wire steel rod fracture were analyzed. The results showed that the formation of cup cone fracture mainly due to the non-metallic inclusions and the lower proportion of sorbite in substrate.
