V掺杂TiO_2粉体制备与表征综合性实验设计 被引量:8

摘要 基于溶胶-凝胶法制备V掺杂TiO_2光催化剂粉体(V-TiO_2),利用XRD、激光粒度仪和荧光光谱(PL)对样品进行表征,以亚甲基蓝(MB)作为目标降解物,对比掺杂前后TiO_2粉体对MB的光催化降解效果。结果表明,500℃热处理时样品为锐钛矿相与金红石相组成的混合晶型,颗粒粒度分布均匀,平均粒径1.7μm,V的掺入有效抑制了电子-空穴对的复合,明显提高了光催化性能。该实验路线简单易行,涵盖知识点多,综合了材料制备、结构表征和性能检测等基本实验技能,操作步骤简单,便于学生掌握。 A comprehensive experiment of the synthesis and characterization of metal ion doping TiO2 is introduced.V-doped TiO2 photocatalysts powder is prepared by a sol-gel method,and is characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),fluorospectrophotometer(PL)and laser particle size analyzer.The photocatalytic activity is evaluated by photo-degradation of methyl blue(MB).The degradation of MB is investigated for V-TiO2 and pure TiO2.The results show that V-doped TiO2 is a mixed phase of anatase and rutile,the particle size distribution is relatively uniform,and the average particle size is 1.7 micrometer after 500℃ treatment.Vdoping can inhibit the recombination of photoelectron-hole pairs.Compared with pure TiO2,the V-doped TiO2 sample obviously exhibits much higher photocatalytic activity.This experiment with simple route includes a lot of knowledge and covers many basic experimental skills such as synthesis,structural characterization and performance test.Moreover,because of simple operating steps,it is easy for students to learn.
