摘要
基于Matlab平台开发了微生物识别计数虚拟仿真实验教学系统,将微生物学知识与图像处理、模式识别理论相结合,实现了自动菌落计数和微生物识别两个特定功能。当学生在显微镜下观察到不熟悉的微生物时,捕捉该微生物的图像并发送至该系统,即可快速辨别该生物的种类。实验表明:该程序具有可操作性强、识别能力强、计数较为准确、可应用范围广的特点,并且明显提高了实验效率。
Based on the Matlab platform,the virtual simulation experimental teaching system for microbial identification counting is developed.Combining the knowledge of microbiology with the theories of the image processing and pattern recognition,two specific functions of automatic colony counting and microbial identification are realized.When a student observes an unknown microorganism under the microscopes,he can take a picture and send it to this system and very quickly the species of the microorganism can be identified.The experiments prove that the system has the characteristics of high operability,strong identification ability,accurate counting and wide application range,which obviously improves the efficiency of the experiments.
