摘要
部分高校图书馆实施了大流通,以其灵活方便,新颖高效等特点吸引了更多读者入馆,随着入馆人数增加,其携带未借图书离馆的违规行为也有所增加,如何妥善处理违规者,是抛给图书馆职能部门的一道善治考题。本文通过加大宣传力度、着手修订违规处理规定等措施,探析行之有效的解决办法。
Some universities implement large circulation,which is flexible and innovative. With the increasing of readers,irregularitis of carrying not borrowed books out of the library also increased. How to properly deal with the violator is a problem for the library. The author gives some suggestions for this.
