经济法国家适度干预是指国家根据法律规定对经济发展过程进行管理、调控和指导,国家对经济的适度干预对经济法基本原则的构建以及实际应用具有重要意义。目前在思想观念与经济发展以及市场经济与政府干预等方面存在矛盾,建议加强法律对国家干预的限制,国家干预经济生活要有法律保障。

National moderate intervention by economic law is an action through which a state manages, regulates and directs the economic development process according to law. It is of great significance on the construction of basic principle of economic law and its practical application. Yet, there is a contradiction in the ideology and economic development, market economy and government intervention. Legal restrictions, therefore, shall be strengthened.
