农村进城青少年越轨及其矫正——以孙悟空成功社会化为例

On How to Prevent and Correct Rural Migrant Youth Criminal Problems

随着城乡社会流动加速,农村青少年积极融入城市建设与发展中,但是与之伴随的是农村青少年进城后的越轨现象呈高发趋势,给个人、家庭、社会带来了不可磨灭的创伤。本文以孙悟空的成功社会化为样本,探析在城镇化高速发展的今天,从完善农村青少年社会化机制、营造畅通的社会流动机制、法律法规的强制矫正、社会工作者的有效介入等四个方面构建预防、矫正农村进城青少年犯罪问题的长效机制。

As the migration to the rural area accelerates, the rural adolescents actively take part in the building and development of cities. But as there are more and more deviant behaviours of the rural adolescents, and the bitterness these deviant behaviours bring will be indelible on the society, their families and even themselves. This article takes Sun Wukong who has successfully socialized as an example, discussing how to establish long term mechanisms to prevent and correct rural migrant youth criminal problems in this accelerating period of urbanization, specifically from four aspects, that is , to improve the socialization mechanisms of the rural migrant youth, to make social mobility unimpeded, to force them correct their deviant behaviours by means of law and to ask social workers to handle these problems effectively and so on.
