知识资本国际转移对中国产业升级的影响研究

A Study of Influence of Knowledge Capital International Transfer on China' s Industrial Upgrading

知识资本要素以国际贸易、外商直接投资、跨国人才流动等主要渠道在世界范围内实现流动与转移,本文以进口贸易和外商直接投资渠道转移的国际知识资本为主要变量,在加入出口贸易和FDI的物资资本控制变量后,实证检验了国际知识资本对中国产业升级的影响效应,结论表明:国际知识资本与产业结构优化升级存在长期协同关系,FDI对产业结构优化升级的资本供给效应大于知识资本溢出效应,国际知识资本溢出对产业结构优化升级的起到了一定的促进作用,但整体效应还有待提高。

Knowledge capital elements flow and transfer all over the word by international trade, foreign direct investment, and talent transnational flowing etc. This paper takes international knowledge capital transfer ed by the import trade and foreign direct investment as the main variables , and takes the export trade FDI capital as control variable, to test the effects of knowledge capital international transfer on Chinese industrial upgrading. The result shows that knowledge capital international transfer and industrial structure optimization and upgrading existing long - term co - integration , while the spiUover effects on industrial the knowledge capital international transfer upgrading structure , but the overall effect upgrading of the FDI physical capital are more than , knowledge capital international overflow can promote the industrial is still to be improved.
