摘要
某220 kVGIS变电站在整体投产试运行时,运行24h后220 kV镜田乙线路间隔断路器发生故障,造成220 kV母线差动保护和该线路纵联差动保护动作。结合220 kV镜田乙线路间隔断路器解体情况进行分析,发现该断路器气室罐体内部发生局部放电的根本原因是传动轴销强度不满足要求。针对该缺陷,给出了缺陷处理方法,并提出了预防措施。
During the overall production and trial operation of 220 kV GIS substation, Fault of circuit breaker in 220 kV Jingtian transmission line bay happened after 24h operation which caused actions of the 220 kV bus differential protection and the line longitudinal differential protection. Combining with the analysis of disassemble situation of the circuit breaker in 220 kV Jingtian transmission line bay, it is found that the unsatisfaction of the strength requirement of the driving shaft pin was the fundamental reason of partial discharge inside the tank body of the circuit breaker gas chamber. Aiming at the defect, defect treatment methods are given and precaution measures are proposed.
