摘要
以某电厂135 MW机组高背压供热改造为例,根据高背压供热系统特性,分析锅炉最低脱硝负荷与最低稳燃负荷对高背压系统运行经济性的影响,得出在供暖初期与末期制约高背压系统运行经济性的主要因素是锅炉最低脱硝负荷,据此提出高背压供热机组实现脱硝装置全负荷运行的改造方案。改造完成后,脱销装置入口烟温提高近20℃,降低了生产运行成本,有效提高了背压供热机组的经济性。
The modification of high back pressure beat supply of 135 MW unit in a power plant is taken as an example, and according to characteristics of high back pressure heat supply system the influence of the minimum denitrification load of boiler and the minimum steady combustion load to the operation economy of high back pressure system is analyzed and it is obtained that the minimum denitrification load of boiler is the main factor that constraints the operation economy of high back pressure system at the early and late stages of heating, based on which the modification scheme for the realization of full load operation of denitrification equipment in high back pressure heat supply unit is proposed. After the modification, the inlet flue gas temperature is increased nearly 20℃ which reduces production operation cost and improves effectively the economy of back pressure heat supply unit.
