摘要
为了提高500 kV输电线路检修工作效率,对现有多种手摇绞磨的构造及省力原理进行分析,研制出一种轻便、通用、操作简便、安全可靠的轻型手摇绞磨,并提出了"上传下放"的作业方法。现场应用效果表明,轻型手摇绞磨重量轻、便于携带、安装灵活,应用轻型手摇绞磨和"上传下放"作业方法能安全、高效地完成500 kV直线塔"I"形绝缘子串的更换。
In order to improve the efficiency of maintenance work of 500 kV transmission line, structures and labor saving principles of current various hand winches are analyzed. A light hand winch which is lightweight, general, simple to be operated, safe and reliable is developed, and a working method called "upward and downward delivering" is proposed. Field application effects show that the light hand winch has light weight and is easy to be carried and flexible to be installed. The replacement of 'T' type insulator string in 500 kV straight tower can be finished safely and efficiently by the application of the light hand winch and the "upward and downward delivering" working method
