摘要
为了提高输电线路检修工作的效率,加强上下传递工器具及材料过程的安全性,研发了电力检修起吊差速器。通过主动小直齿轮和从动大直齿轮的啮合,从动大直齿轮于大齿轮轴上同轴固装,利用齿轮的变比实现了差速器省力的功能;通过离合器以及在反时针方向制约棘轮的棘爪的共同作用,实现了差速器齿轮的失速锁止功能。实际应用情况表明,电力检修起吊差速器能够提高工作效率和作业过程的安全性,降低设备检修劳动力成本。
In order to improve the efficiency in transmission line maintenance work and to enhance the safety in the process of delivering tools and materials up and down, the lifting differential for electric power maintenance. By the meshing between the driving pinion spur gear and the driven spur gear wheel and the strengthened eoaxial installation of the driven spur gear wheel on the shaft of gear wheel, the gear ratio is used to realize the labor saving function. By combined action of the clutch and the pawl of anti-clockwise control pawl, the stall lock function of the differential gear is realized. Practical applications show that the lifting differential for electric power maintenance can improve the working efficiency and the safety of operation process, and reduce the labor cost of deviee maintenance.
