信息系统资源整合优化措施探讨

Discussion on Measures of Integration Optimization of Information System Resources

针对广西电网公司各信息系统应用及个人工作业务开展过程中凸显的问题,为提升企业生产服务能力,进一步完善企业信息化管理体系,有必要探讨信息系统资源整合优化措施。基于信息化系统应用现状分析,提出了信息系统整合原则及优化措施,建设了个人工作一体化平台。该平台的实施与应用,提高了工作效率,提升了供电企业的管理水平和综合服务能力。

Aiming at highlights problems in the application and personal business development process of every information systems in Guangxi Power Grid Co., Ltd., and in order to improve the production and service capability of enterprise and further improve informatization management system of enterprise, it necessary to discuss measures of integration optimization of information system resources. Based on analysis of application status of informatization system, integration principles and optimization measures of information system are proposed and personal work integration platform are built. Along with the implementation and application of the platform working efficiency has been improved and management level and comprehensive service capability of power supply enterprises have been enhanced.
