摘要
500 kV昌黎变电站GIS设备超声波局部放电检测时发现5051断路器B相气室存在异常放电信号,通过对异常放电信号进行分析,并采用单传感器的幅值定位方法对缺陷定位,初步判断是螺栓松动造成悬浮电位放电缺陷。经解体检查验证了初步判断结果的正确性,对该断路器松动螺栓进行紧固处理后重新投运,异常放电信号消失。本案例证实了超声波局部放电带电检测可实现GIS设备的实时在线检测。
During the ultrasonic detection of partial discharge of GIS device in 500 kV Changli substation, abnormal discharging signals were found in B phase gas chamber of 5051 circuit breaker. By the analysis of abnormal discharging signals and the defects location by using the single sensor amplitude location method, it is preliminarily judged that loosing bolt was the reason that caused the suspended potential discharge defect. The preliminary judgment was verified by disassemble inspection. After the fastening treatment of the loosing bolt, the circuit breaker was put into operation again and the abnormal signals disappeared. The case proved that the live line ultrasonic detection of partial discharge can realize the real-time online detection for GIS device.
