摘要 为了实现节能降耗,针对某国产600 MW汽轮机汽缸预暖系统运行中辅机电耗较大的问题,提出了采用功率较小的凝补水泵代替功率较大的凝结水泵运行的优化方案,并从系统的连接、泵的出力等方面对该方案的可行性进行了分析。通过对比系统优化前后相关设备的运行电耗,证明了优化方案实施后,达到了降低辅机电耗的效果。 In order realize the energy saving and loss reduction, and aiming at higher power consumption of auxiliary equipment during the operation of cylinder preheating system in a domestic 600 MW turbine, the optimization scheme that replacing the highpower condensate pump with low-power condensate pump is proposed. The feasibility of the scheme is analyzed from aspects of the connection of system and the capacity of the pump and so on. By comparing operation power consumptions of relevant devices before and after the optimization of the system, it is proved that the effect of decreasing power consumption of auxiliary equipment has been achieved after the implement of the scheme.
