摘要
经济社会发展新常态意味着高职教育、学生能力和未来职业生活全方位的变化和发展。新常态视域下,高职学生职业能力理应被赋予生活智能和个性发展的新内涵。而在教育角度观之,知识和技能的获取正是只有在其产生和应用的情境之中才能产生意义。因此,新常态语境下高职学生职业能力的情境化培养势在必行。社会语境的新变化、生活智能的新要求、主体个性发展的新标准,助推着契合新常态发展需求、以情境设置为途径的职业能力培养模式的形成。其具体培养需创设三种情境:即专业知识与技能获得的文化情境、职业实践与体验完成的生活情境、主体建构与发展实现的身份情境。
The new normal of economic and social development means comprehensive change and development of higher vocational education, students' ability and their future professional life. From the perspective of new normal, the professional ability of higher vocational college students should have been given a new connotation which is personality development and wisdom of life. In the perspective of education, the acquisition of knowledge and skills which is only in the context of its generation and application can produce meaning. Therefore, it is imperative to cultivate students' vocational ability under the new normal context. The new changes of social context, the new requires of wisdom of life, the new standard of subjective personality development, boost the formation of vocational ability training model which fit the new need of the new normal's development that take set up of contextualization as way. The specific training requires the creation of three kinds of contextualization, cultural context for professional knowledge and skills acquisition, life contextualization for professional practice and experience complete, identity situation for subjective construction and development.
