miRNA-126与非小细胞肺癌关系的研究进展

Research Progress of the Relationship between miRNA-126 and Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

微小RNA(miRNA)是一类短序列非编码蛋白质的单链小分子RNA。miRNA-126在许多肿瘤中特别是非小细胞肺癌中表达异常,通过作用于不同的靶基因及信号通路,影响肿瘤细胞的生长、增殖、侵袭、转移等行为。因此,对miRNA-126的研究可能为阐明肺癌的发病机制及其诊疗提供新方向。

miRNA is a class of small non-coding RNAS miRNA-126 is abnormally expressed in many tumors,especially in non-small cell lung cancer,by acting on different target genes and signaling pathways,which can influence the behaviors of tumor cells, such as growth,proliferation,invasion and metastasis. Therefore,study of miRNA-126 might provide a novel direction for clarifying the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
