摘要
在调研国内外先进改性塑料企业智能化制造状况基础上,提出了在工厂整体设计、关键生产环节、生产流程可视化管理、生产工艺预测优化和控制、在线检测远程监控与故障诊断、在数据采集和工艺数据库、车间级制造执行系统等七方面的提升改性塑料企业智能化制造水平的措施。
By means of researching the advanced intelligent manufacture conditions on the basis of modi- fied plastics enterprises at home and abroad, it was proposed that seven aspects of the modified plastic manu- facturing execution system of intelligent manufacturing measures, including the overall design, the key produc- tion in the factory, the visualization management of production process, the optimization and control production process, on-line detection of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis, online data acquisition and process data- base.
