摘要
通过对工业化聚甲醛(POM)共聚合配比中二氧戊烷(DOX)含量的优化,获得最优的二氧环戊烷配比。通过测试POM粉料与粒料的热失重率和流体流动速率(MFR),观测DOX含量对POM热稳定性能的影响。通过测试POM造粒材料后的弯曲模量、热变形温度及拉伸强度等指标,观测DOX含量对POM热稳定性的影响。结果表明:DOX含量由3%降到2.6%时,POM的热稳定性无明显变化,弯曲模量有一定提高。
For increase the thermal stability of polyoxymethylene ( POM ), the dioxolane (DOX) was intro- duced in it. Meanwhile, with the introduction of dioxolane, the mechanical property of POM was decreased. In this study, a better content of DOX was found out by industrial experiment. During the experiment,the thermal stability of POM was studied by weight loss rate and MFR, the mechanical property of POM was studied by in- dice such as bending modulus, heat distort temperature and stretch strength. The analysis result showed that when the content of dioxlane decreases from 3% to 2.6% , the thermal stability of POM has no change, the bending modulus increases obviously.
