摘要
以侧链含氢硅油(PHMS)、1-十二碳烯(DOD)和烯丙基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚(AAP)为原料,通过硅氢化加成反应,合成长链烷基聚醚硅油(PDA).将PDA与氨基硅油进行复配,再用非离子表面活性剂将其乳化制得白色半透明ASO-PDA乳液,通过红外光谱、扫描电镜、纳米粒度仪、Zeta电位分析仪对PDA及ASO-PDA乳液进行了表征和纤维表面的成膜性分析,并探讨了DOD与PDA的摩尔比,氨基硅油的氨值,黏度,氨基硅油与PDA的质量比对所整理织物应用性能的影响.结果表明,ASO-PDA乳液平均粒径为21.5nm,且在织物纤维表面具有良好的成膜性.当n(DOD)∶n(AAP)=5.5∶4.5,氨基硅油的氨值为0.3mmol/g,黏度为7 000mPa·s,m(ASO-1-0.3)∶m(PDA)=7∶3时,经ASO-PDA整理的织物柔软性提高且具有一定的亲水性.
A kind of long-chain alkyl polyether modified silicone oil(PDA)was synthesized from hydrogen silicone oil(PHMS),1-dodecylene(DOD)and allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene poly propylene ether oxygen(AAP).PDA with amino silicone oil distribution,and then emulsion was prepared with nonionic surfactant emulsion white translucent ASO-PDA,The chemical structure of PDA,amino silicone oil emulsion,and its membrane configuration on the fiber surface were characterized by means of infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and nanoparticle size analyzer.The effects of the molar ratio of DOD to AAP,ammonia value,viscosity and the quality ratio of ASO-1-0.3to PDA on the application performance for the cotton fabric were also discussed.The results show that the average particle size of the ASO-PDA emulsion was 21.5nm,And it had a good film-forming ability on fabric surface.When the molar ratio of DOD to AAP was 5.5∶4.5,ammonia value was 0.3mmol/g,viscosity was 7 000 mPa·s,and the quality rate of ASO-1-0.3to PDA was 7∶3,The softness and hydrophilia of fabric increased.
