医院感染管理执行力的影响因素及提升路径分析

The Influence Factors of Hospital Infection Management Execution and Path Analysis

目的分析怎样提高医院感染管理执行力的影响因素及提升路径。方法对2010年1月—2015年12月间该院所发生的30例医院感染情况予以分析总结,找出影响该院医院感染管理执行力的影响,并提出针对性的改革措施。结果对该院医院感染管理执行力有较大影响的因素主要有:人力资源不足(20.0%)、具体管理措施不完善(40.0%)、领导感染管理认知不足(15.0%)、感染管理体制不完善(25.0%)等几个方面。结论影响医院感染管理执行力的因素众多,其中大部分因素可以通过有效的改革措施进行改善,这就需要医院能够充分的认识到医院感染管理的重要性,并加大医院感染管理发执行力。

Objective Analysis how to improve the influence factors of hospital infection management execution and ascension path. Methods 30 patients hospital infection situation in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2015 was analyzed and summarized, and the influence factors of hospital infection management execution were found out, and the targeted reform measures were put forwards. Results The main influence factors of infection execution in our hospital were the inadequate human resources（20.0%）, imperfect specific management measures（40.0%）, inadequate leader＇s awareness of infection management（15.0%） and imperfect infection management system（25.0%）. Conclusion The influence factors of hospital infection management execution are multiple, most factors can be improved by the effective reform measures, which needs the hospitals to fully recognize the importance of hospital infection management and increase the execution of hospital infection management.
