改进压疮报告流程在压疮护理管理中的应用分析

Analysis of Application of Improved Pressure Sores Report Course in the Pressure Sores Nursing Management

目的探究改进压疮报告流程在压疮护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择2015年3月—2016年3月该院收治的116例预报难免压疮患者为研究对象,将其分为两组,对照组常规压疮管理。以此为基础,观察组患者实施改进后压疮报告流程护理管理,观察患者治疗期间发生压疮和压疮护理有效率。结果和对照组相比,观察组患者护理有效率显著较高,发生压疮率较低。组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于预报难免压疮者,实施改进压疮报告流程护理,可降低压疮发生率,提升护理有效率,值得进一步推广使用。

Objective To study the application effect of improved pressure sores report course in the pressure sores nursing management. Methods 116 cases of patients with potential pressure sores admitted and treated in our hospital from March2015 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects, and divided into two groups, the control group adopted the routine pressure sore management, and the observation group adopted the improved pressure sore report course nursing management on this basis, and the incidence rate of pressure sores and effective rate of pressure sore nursing of patients during treatment were observed. Results Compared with that in the control group, the effective rate of nursing in the observation group was obviously higher and the incidence rate of pressure sores was lower, and the data between groups had statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with potential pressure sores, the implementation of improved pressure sore report course nursing can reduce the incidence rate of pressure sores and improve the effective rate of nursing, which is worth further promotion and application.
