良性前列腺增生患者分级管理模式的效果研究

Research on Effect of Classification Management Mode for Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的研究良性前列腺增生患者分级管理模式的效果。方法选取该院2014年4月—2015年7月收治并已确诊的良性前列腺增生患者200例,根据所有患者入院的编号进行平均分组,其中单号为对照组,双号为实验组,两组各为100例,对照组患者给予自由随访模式,实验组患者给予分级管理模式。实施为期1年的随访,对两组患者管理的效果进行分析对比。结果实验组与对照组患者对良性前列腺增生的了解情况与管理前均有所提高,且实验组患者提高的程度明显高于对照组,P<0.05,两组数据的比较差异有统计学的意义。两组患者国际前列腺症状的评分与生活质量的评分也有明显好转,组间的对比差异也有统计学的意义,P<0.05。结论良性前列腺增生患者分级管理模式的效果显著,实用性较强,可显著提高患者对疾病的了解度,改善患者的生活质量,值得进行推广与应用。

Objective To research the effect of classification management mode for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 200 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia confirmed in our hospital from April 2014 to July 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 100 cases in each according to the admission orders, the single number was the control group, the double number was the experimental group, and the control group adopted the free follow-up mode,the experimental group adopted the classification management mode, and the management effect of the two groups was analyzed and compared after 1-year follow-up. Results The awareness situation of the two groups to benign prostatic hyperplasia was improved compared with that before management and the improvement degree in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group, P〈0.05, and the difference between groups had statistical significance by comparison, in addition, the International prostate symptom score and quality of life score of the two groups were obviously improved, and the differences between groups had statistical significance by comparison, P〈0.05. Conclusion The effect of classification management mode for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia is obvious with strong practicability, which can obviously improve the awareness degree of patients to disease and improve the quality of life of patients, and it is worth promotion and application.
