开封地区无偿献血人群梅毒感染状况研究

Research on Syphilis Infection Situation of Voluntary Blood Donation Population in Kaifeng District

目的对开封地区无偿献血人群感染梅毒状况进行研究。方法选取2006年1月—2015年12月在开封市中心血站无偿献血的人群,年龄在18~55岁之间,观察不同年份、男女性别、年龄段、职业和文化程度的检测例数以及梅毒抗体阳性数、阳性率的变化。结果在2006—2015年期间,献血人数不断增加而梅毒抗体阳性率整体上呈下降趋势,且在2010年所占比率最低;50~55岁人群阳性率最低,40-50岁人群阳性率最高;军人阳性率较低,公司职员和个体从业者的阳性率较高;本科及其以上人群的阳性率最低,初中及其以下人群的阳性率较高,以上差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论加强对无偿献血人群的宣传知识教育,着重从18~30岁年龄范围的人群、高等学校在校学生及现役军人中招募献血者,同时严格执行献血健康征询检查。

Objective To research the syphilis infection situation of voluntary blood donation population in Kaifeng district.Methods The voluntary blood donation population aged from 18 to 55 in Kaifeng central blood station from January 2006 to December 2015 were selected, and the test case number in different months, genders, age groups, occupations and cultural degrees and changes of syphilis antibody positive number and positive rate were observed. Results The blood donor number continuously increased from 2006 to 2015 and the syphilis antibody positive rate shows a decreasing trend on the whole,and the ratio in 2010 was the lowest, and the positive rate of population aged from 50 to 55 was the lowest, and aged from40 to 50 was the highest, and the positive rate of soldiers was low, and positive rate of company employees and individual practitioners is high, and the positive rate of undergraduates or above is lowest, and the positive rate of junior high school or below is the highest, and all differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion We should enhance the knowledge education publicity in the voluntary blood donation population, and recruit blood donors from the population aged from18 to 30 and students in colleges and universities and soldiers in active service and strictly carry out the blood donation health consultation examination.
