刍议尿液检验在临床中的应用

Discussion on Application of Urine Examination in Clinic

目的探讨尿液检验在临床中的应用价值。方法从该院2015年1月—2016年1月所收治的患者中随机抽取200例患者为研究对象,使用H800做干化学检测,UF1000做尿液沉渣分析,并结合手工镜检复查检测,分析检验结果。结果 200例患者中,糖尿病患者63例,慢性肾小球肾炎患者60例,尿路感染患者49例,肾结石患者14例,酸中毒患者5例,黄疸患者5例,其余4例患者各项尿检指标正常。结论尿液检验能够在患者患病早期对疾病作出诊断,有较高的临床应用价值,有利于患者及时接受治疗,值得推广和应用。

Objective To study the application value of urine examination in clinic. Methods 200 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects and were given dry chemistry inspection by H800 and urinary sediment analysis by UF1000, and the inspection results were analyzed combined with the manual microscopic re-examination and inspection. Results In the 200 cases of patients, diabetes occurred to 63 cases, chronic glomerulonephritis occurred to 60 cases, urinary tract infection occurred to 49 cases, kidney stone occurred to14 cases, acidosis occurred to 5 cases, jaundice occurred to 5 cases and various urine examination indicators of the other 4cases were normal. Conclusion Urine examination can make diagnosis of diseases in the early stage of disease with higher clinical application value, which helps patients accept treatment in time, and it is worth promotion and application.
