摘要 目的探讨翻转课堂教学法在《组织学与胚胎学》实验教学中的应用效果。方法以齐齐哈尔医学院2015级临床医学专业368人为研究对象,共分为4个行政班级。其中临床医学9~13班为实验组,共计171人,采用翻转课堂教学模式,临床医学5~8班为对照组,共计197人,采用传统教学模式.比较授课效果。结果两组学生实验考试成绩在最高分上无差异,但实验组平均分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。在各分数段人数分布上看,实验组在成绩大于10.5分人数多于对照组,小于6分人数少于对照组,成绩中上等人数较多,成绩优于对照组。结论翻转课堂作为一种新型教学模式受到极大关注,是教学改革的新方向。通过对翻转课堂教学模式在组织学与胚胎学实验教学中进行了尝试与探索,基于探究性学习为学生带来的主动学习,激发学生的学习积极性和主动性,构建了"以问题为导向,以学生为中心"的教学模式。研究表明,翻转课堂能够提高学生的自主学习能力、团队协作能力、分析问题解决问题能力及创新思维等,从而提升教学效果,为信息时代的教与学提供新的思路。 Objective To study the application effect of flipped classroom teaching method in the histlolgy and embrylolgy experimental teaching. Methods 368 cases of students majoring in clinical medicine in Qiqihar medical university in 2015 were selected as the research objects and divided into 4 administrative classes, 171 cases of students in the clinical medical9 class and 13 class were selected as the experimental group, and adopted the flipped classroom teaching mode, and 197 cases of students in the clinical medical 5 class and 8 class were selected as the control group and adopted the traditional teaching mode, and the teaching effect was compared. Results There was no difference in the experimental examination score between the two groups, but the mean score in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group, P〈0.05 and the difference had statistical significance, in terms of the number distribution, the number of cases whose score was more than 10.5 in the experimental group was more than that in the control group, and the number of cases whose score was less than 6 was fewer than that in the control group, and the number of cases whose score was mid-level or above was most, which was better than that in the control group. Conclusion The flipped classroom, as a new teaching mode,arouses great attention, and it is a new direction of teaching reform, the paper explores the application of flipped classroom teaching method in the histlolgy and embrylolgy, and constructs the "problem-oriented and student-centered" teaching mode based on the learning enthusiasm and initiative of students motivated by the inquiry learning, and the research shows that the flipped classroom can improve the independent learning ability, team cooperation ability, problem-analyzing and problem-solving abilities and innovation thinking thus improving the teaching effect and providing a new thinking for the teaching and learning in the information era.
