摘要
目的探讨考试反馈机制的建立意义,观察在实际运行中的应用效果。方法选择该院2011级医学检验专业学生71人作为研究组,课程为《临床生物化学检验》《临床实验室质量管理》,通过对阶段性考试进行成绩分析,并进行成绩反馈;选用2010级医学检验专业本科学生73人作为对照组,采用传统方法进行教学,比较两组学生的授课效果。结果研究组与对照组成绩比较(t=2.32,P=0.0227),差异有统计学意义,对研究组的同学进行了调查问卷,分别从考试反馈的必要性、意义、如何调动学习积极性及了解知识掌握情况等十个方面进行了调查,满意度高达98%以上。结论基于前期评价的反馈信息所制定出的有针对性的具体改进方案,能够有效促进教学,提高教学质量。
Objective To study the establishment significance of exam feedback mechanism and observe the application effect in the practical operation. Methods 71 cases of students majoring in the medical test in our hospital in 2011 were selected as the research group, and the courses included the clinical biochemistry test and clinical laboratory quality management, and the score analysis and feedback were conducted by the periodical test, 73 cases of undergraduates majoring in the medical test in 2010 were selected as the control group, and adopted the traditional method for teaching, and the teaching effect of the two groups was compared. Results There was an obvious difference in score between the two groups,(t=2.32, P=0.0227), and the research group were surveyed by the questionnaires of ten aspects including the necessity and significance of exam feedback, how to motivate the learning enthusiasm and awareness of knowledge, and the satisfactory degree was up to 98%. Conclusion The targeted specific improvement programs based on the pre-evaluation feedback information can effectively promote the teaching and improve the teaching quality.
