药剂科管理对医院抗菌药物合理应用的影响

Effect of Management in the Department of Pharmacy on the Rational Application of Antibacterials

目的探析药剂科管理对医院抗菌药物合理应用的影响。方法采取取样调查法选择该市几所医院的处方作为研究对象,按照实施药剂科管理前后分两组,实施前(对照组)与实施后(观察组)各选取108张。分析各医院实施药剂科学管理前后抗菌药物的应用率、药物金额及问题产生率情况。结果观察组抗菌药物的应用率为4.8%优于对照组的71.23%,问题产生率11.0%低于对照组的32.00%,药物金额低于对照组,药物的合理使用情况优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院加强药剂科管理,可有效的提升临床抗菌药物的合理应用情况,降低了患者的医药费用,减轻患者的家庭经济负担,可行度较高、使用性强。

Objective To study the effect of management in the department of pharmacy on the rational application of antibacterials. Methods The prescriptions in several hospitals in our city were selected as the research objects by the sampling survey method, and divided into the control group（before implementing the management in the department of pharmacy） and observation group（after implementing the management in the department of pharmacy） with 108 pieces in each, and the application rate of antibacterials, drug cost and production rate of issues of the two groups were analyzed.Results The application rate of antibacterials in the observation group was better than that in the control group（4.8% vs71.23%）, and the issue production rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（11.0% vs32.00%）, and the drug cost was lower than that in the control group, and the drug rational application condition was better than that in the control group, and the differences were obvious with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Enhancing the management in the department of pharmacy in the hospital can effectively improve the rational application of clinical antibacterials, reduce the medical expenses of patients and relieve the family economic burdens of patients with high feasibility and strong practicability.
