摘要
图书馆读者服务工作中的专业特性、语言交际的方法与原则,关系到读者服务的质量。文章结合图书馆读者服务工作实践,论述了语言交际在读者服务中的重要性,提出了读者服务中语言交际的四个基本原则,提升读者服务质量及工作水平。
The professional characteristics, language communication methods and principles in library service are related to the service quality. Based on the practice of library service, this paper discussed the importance of language communication in library service, and proposed four basic principles of language communication for enhancing reader service and work level.
