Analysis of Problems Existing in the Short-term Practice Medicine of Overseas Doctors in China

随着改革开放的不断深入,医疗体制改革的持续改进,医疗技术和水平的国际化交流加深,外国医师来华行医的情况日渐频繁。但是,目前外国医师来华行医过程中法律环节漏洞重重,形势不容乐观。该文拟从法律视角浅析外国医师来华执业过程中存在的问题,以及我国医疗机构或其他相关医疗服务部门在邀请外国医师来华行医中需要注意的问题。

With the continuous deepening of reform and open-up, continuous improvement of medical system reform and deepening of international communication of medical technology and level, and the short-term practice medicine of foreign doctors in China is gradually frequent, but currently, the law link in the course of practice medicine of foreign doctors in China is porous, and the situation is not optimistic. The paper will analyze the problems existing in the course of practice medicine of foreign doctors in China from the perspective of law and the problems that the medical institutions or other related medical service departments need to notice in inviting the foreign doctors to China for practice medicine.
