探讨工作质量与护理风险量化绩效考核方案在护理管理中的应用效果

Study on Application Effect of Work Quality and Nursing Risk Qualification Performance Examination Plan in the Nursing Management

目的研究工作质量与护理风险量化绩效考核方案在护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年该院30名护理人员为研究对象,对其进行工作质量与护理风险量化绩效考核,并将其与2014年没有实行工作质量与护理风险量化绩效考核的各项数据进行对比,研究实施工作质量与护理风险量化绩效考核方案前后不同人群的护理满意度情况。结果实施工作质量与护理风险量化绩效考核方案后,整体护理、基础护理、健康教育、病房管理、技术操作、护理文书评分显著提高,患者、医生以及护理人员自身的护理满意度显著提高。结论工作质量与护理风险量化绩效考核方案在护理管理中的应用效果显著,在临床上值得广泛推广。

Objective To research the application effect of work quality and nursing risk qualification examination plan in the nursing management. Methods 30 cases of nursing personnel in our hospital in 2015 were selected as the research objects, and the work quality and nursing risk of them were given the qualification performance examination, and various data were compared with those in 2014 when the work quality and nursing risk of the patients were not given the qualification performance examination, and the nursing satisfactory degrees of different groups before and after implementing the qualification performance examination were researched. Results The holistic nursing, basic nursing, health education, ward management, technical operation and nursing document scores after implementing the qualification performance examination were obviously improved compared with those before implementing the qualification performance examination, and the nursing satisfactory degrees of patients, doctors and nursing staff were obviously improved. Conclusion The application effect of work quality and nursing risk qualification performance examination plan in the nursing management is obvious, which is worth widely promoted in clinic.
