Safety Hidden Danger and Management Strategies of Hospital Nursing Management

目的分析探讨目前我国医院护理管理工作中存在的安全隐患并提出相应的管理对策。方法将医院护士的整体素质进行提高,对护士的职业道德和法制教育工作给予重视,合理配置人力资源、加强护理安全管理措施、注重细节管理以及对检查标准和内容进行合理制定。结果通过对监督管理制度的完善以及护理人员自身优良职业道德素养的提高,有效强化了护理管理工作的质量,防止了护理管理工作中不良安全隐患的出现。结论在科学进行安全措施预防的基础上,进一步提高了护理的安全性,系统强化了护理质量。

Objective To analyze and discuss the current safety hidden dangers in the hospital nursing management work in our country and put forwards the corresponding management strategies. Methods The holistic quality of hospital nurses is improved, and the nurse＇s professional ethics and legal system education work were paid attention to, the human resources were rationally allocated, the nursing safety management measures were enhanced, detail management was paid attention to,and the examination standards and contents were rationally made. Results The improvement of supervision management system and excellent and good professional moral quality of nursing staff effectively intensifies the nursing management work quality and prevent the occurrence of adverse hidden dangers in the nursing management work. Conclusion We must further improve the nursing safety and systematically intensify the nursing quality on the basis of scientific prevention of safety measures.
