汉中地区9309例体检人群血糖检测结果分析

Analysis of Blood Sugar Test Results of 9309 Cases of Physical Examination Population in Hanzhong District

目的了解汉中地区居民空腹血糖受损(IFG)和糖尿病患病率,为糖尿病的防治提供参考。方法对2015年汉中体检的9 309人血糖检测结果进行统计分析。结果总体人群空腹血糖均值为(5.15±1.26)mmol/L,男、女性均值分别为(5.26±1.38)mmol/L和(5.04±1.11)mmol/L。总体人群空腹血糖受损率为5.33%,男性、女性分别为6.31%、3.46%(P<0.05)。总体人群糖尿病患病率为5.03%,男性、女性分别为6.26%,2.68%(P<0.05)。总体人群血糖值偏高比率为12.57%,男性、女性分别为14.53%、8.83%(P<0.05)。各年龄组男性空腹血糖均值、空腹血糖受损率和糖尿病患病率均高于女性(P<0.05)。结论汉中地区成人空腹血糖水平(FPG)、空腹血糖受损(IFG)率和糖尿病患病率随年龄递增呈上升趋势,同年龄组男性高于女性。总体人群血糖值偏高异常比率达12.57%,50岁以上人群糖尿病患病率达8%以上。应加强该地区居民糖尿病的防控和干预。

Objective To know the prevalence rate of impaired fasting glucose and diabetes in residents in Hanzhong district, and provide reference for the prevention and cure of diabetes. Methods The blood sugar test results of 9309 cases with physical examination in Hanzhong in 2015 were counted and analyzed. Results The fasting blood sugar mean value in the total population was（5.15±1.26） mmol/L, and in male was（5.26±1.38） mmol/L and in female was（5.04±1.11） mmol/L,the prevalence rate of diabetes in total population was 5.03%, and in male was 6.26% and in female was 2.68%（P〈0.05）,the ratio of high blood sugar value in total population was 12.57% and in male was 14.53% and in female was 8.83%（P〈0.05）, and in each age group, the female fasting glucose mean value, fasting glucose impaired rate and diabetes prevalence rate were higher than those in female（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In Hanzhong district, the adult fasting glucose level, fasting glucose impaired rate and diabetes prevalence rate show an increasing trend with the age increases, and in the same age group,the indicators in male were higher than those in female, in the total population, the abnormal ratio of high glucose value reaches 12.57%, and the diabetes prevalence rate of population aged above 50 years old reached above 8%, and we should enhance the prevention and control and intervention for diabetes in residents in this district.
