健康教育在提高老年脑卒中患者康复治疗依从性中的应用

Application of Health Education in Improving the Rehabilitation Treatment Compliance of Senile Patients with Stroke

目的探索健康教育对于提高老年脑卒中患者康复治疗依从性中的影响。方法选取该院神经内科就医的180例老年脑卒中患者对其进行健康教育,健康教育内容包括入院宣教、心理指导、疾病相关知识指导、康复训练指导、患者家属的健康教育、生活方式指导。通过《治疗依从性评定表》及调查问卷对患者康复治疗依从性进行评定。结果180例患者中治疗依从性为A级101例;B级46例;C级21例;D级10例;E级2例。调查问卷结果显示,大部分患者已经掌握脑卒中疾病的相关知识。结论规范系统的健康教育能够提高老年脑卒中患者康复治疗的依从性,提高治疗效果,减少致残率。

Objective To explore the effect of health education on improving the rehabilitation treatment compliance of senile patients with stroke. Methods 180 cases of senile patients with stroke treated in the department of neurology in our hospital were given health education, and the health education contents included admission education, mental guidance, disease related knowledge guidance, rehabilitation training guidance, health education of patient＇s family and guidance of lifestyle, the rehabilitation treatment compliance of patients was assessed by the treatment compliance evaluation form and questionnaires. Results In the 180 cases of patients, in terms of treatment compliance, 101 cases were in A level, 46 cases were in B level, 21 cases were in C level, 10 cases were in D level and 2 cases were in E level, and the questionnaires showed that most patients had mastered the stroke disease related knowledge. Conclusion The standardized and systematical health education can improve the rehabilitation treatment compliance of senile patients with stroke, improve the treatment effect and reduce the disability rate.
