目前医院药房和药房从业人员的管理处于一个过渡期间,虽然同零售药店性质相仿,同属于药品经营企业范围,但医院药房看似同时隶属于卫生计生委和食品药品监督管理局的双重管理,现实中则谁也不管医院药师从业资格注册。该文从目前医院药房及药事从业人员管理现状,对行业未来发展进行剖析,希望对业界同仁有启迪作用,以促进药品零售业的规范发展。

Currently, the management of hospital pharmacy and pharmaceutical employees is in a transition period, even though the property of it is similar to that of retail pharmacy, belonging to the drug supply enterprise wide, and it seems that the hospital pharmacy is attached to both the health and family planning commission and food and drug administration, but in fact, the hospital pharmacist qualification register is managed by neither department. The paper analyzes the future development of industry from the present management status of hospital pharmacy and pharmaceutical employees, hoping to have a guidance effect on the industry colleagues in order to promote the standardized development of drug retailing.
