产后健康宣教对初产妇自我护理能力及产后康复的影响研究

Research on Effect of Puerperous Health Education on the Self-nursing Ability and Puerperous Recovery of Primiparas

目的探究产后健康宣教对初产妇自我护理能力及产后康复的影响。方法 此次调查对象选自该院妇产科2015年1月—2016年6月接收进行分娩的120例初产妇,将其按照是否进行产后系统化的健康宣教分为宣教组与对照组,各60例,比较两组干预效果。结果 对宣教组进行产后健康宣教后,其产妇自我护理能力的优良率为98.3%,对照组的优良率为85%（χ^2=6.982,P=0.008）;两组初产妇在干预前心理状态比较没有太大差异,经干预后,宣教组的焦虑、抑郁症状明显比对照组低（P〈0.05）;干预后,宣教组的生理康复情况优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 对初产妇及时实施产后健康宣教,有利于提高产妇的自我护理能力,改善其心理状态,促进产后各项功能的康复,临床价值较大。

Objective To study the effect of puerperous health education on the self-nursing ability and puerperous recov- ery of primiparas. Methods 120 cases of primiparas giving birth in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics in our hos- pital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the survey objects and divided into the education group and the con- trol group with 60 cases in each according to whether to carry out the systematical health education after giving birth, and the intervention effect of the two groups was compared. Results After the health education, the excellent and good rate of self-nursing ability of the delivery women was 98.3% in the education group and 85% in the control group（X^2=6.982, P= 0.008）, and there was no big difference in the mental state between the two groups before intervention, and after interven- tion, the anxiety and depression symptoms in the education group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, and after intervention, the physical recovery situation in the education group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of health education for the primiparas is conducive to improving the self-nursing ability of the delivery women, improving their mental states and promoting the recovery of various functions, which is of bigger clini- cal value.
