摘要
目的探讨门诊健康教育中存在的问题及对策。方法选取2015年5月—2016年5月该院门诊接待的260例患者为研究对象,随机抽取130例给予常规健康教育,另130例给予改进健康教育,比较两组患者健康知识知晓率、护理满意情况,并分析了门诊健康教育问题的成因与对策。结果研究组的健康知识知晓率、投诉率均优于对照组,差异显著;研究组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;经分析显示,影响门诊健康教育各因素中所占比重较高的分别为护理人员、患者及管理。结论门诊健康教育存在诸多的问题,通过观念转变、形式创新、加强管理等措施的落实,提高了患者健康知识知晓率及护理满意率,保证了门诊护理质量,值得推广。
Objective To study the issues and strategies of the outpatient health education. Methods 260 cases of patients admitted in the outpatient in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 130 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine health education, while the research group adopted the improved health education, and the health knowledge awareness rate and nursing satisfactory conditions were compared between the two groups, and the causes and strategies of the outpatient health education were analyzed. Re- suits The health knowledge awareness rate and compliant rate in the research group were better than those in the control group and the differences were obvious, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the research group was higher than that in the control group and the difference was Statiseically significant, and the analysis showed that the nursing personnel, patients and management were the main influence factors. Conclusion There are many issues in the outpatient health education, and the implementation of notion change, form innovation and enhancing the management can improve the patients' awareness rate of health knowledge and ensure the outpatient nursing quality, which is worth promotion.
