对新入职护士及实习护生进行职业生涯规划教育效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Career Planning Education for New Nurses and Student Nurses

目的探讨对新入职护士及实习护生进行职业生涯规划教育的意义及效果。方法选取该院2013年1月—2014年1月期间33名新入职护士以及48名实习护生还未进行职业生涯规划教育前,将其设置为对照组。选取该院2014年2月—2015年2月期间33名新入职护士及48名实习护生实施职业生涯规划教育后,将其设置为观察组。统计两组人员临床护理不良事件的发生率、给药错误率、护理满意度以及离职率,并加以比较。结果观察组人员的护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组人员的给药错误率、不良事件发生率、离职率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。针对两种现象加以分析,可以看出实施职业生涯规划教育,可以有效地提高新入职护理人员或者实习护生对于职业环境、自我评估的认知准确性,从而确定自己的职业目标,制定良好的职业计划。提高整个医疗服务的质量。结论对新入职护士及实习护生进行职业生涯规划教育对稳定护理队伍,增加职业认同感,促进护士确定事业奋斗目标有重要意义,效果显著。

[Abstract] Objective To study the significance and effect of career planning education for new nurses and student nurses. Methods 33 cases of new nurses ad 48 cases of student nurses in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were se- lected as the control group without career planning education, and 33 cases of new nurses and 48 cases of student nurses from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the observation group with career planning education, and the inci- dence rate of clinical nursing adverse events, administration error rate, nursing satisfactory degree and turnover rate of the two groups were counted and compared. Results The nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was higher than that in the comrol group, and the dlifference hade statisncal sigmifcance,P〈0.05,and the admminstranion error rate,incrdemce rate of adverse events and turnover rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differ- ences had statistical significance, the analysis showed that the implementation of career planning education can effectively improve the cognitive accuracy of new nursing personnel or student nurses to career environment and self-evaluation, thus helping them determine their own career goals and make a good career plan and improve the quality of the whole medical service. Conclusion The career planning education for new nurses and student nurses is of important significance to stabi- lizing the nursing team, increasing the career identification sense and promoting the nurses to determine the career goals, and the effect is obvious.
