分析西药的不合理应用情况及相应管理

Analysis of Irrational Application Situation and Corresponding Management of Western Medicine

目的浅析西药的不合理应用状况,并对西药进行相应的管理。方法将于2014年9月—2016年8月期间,该院存档的230份病历档案,以及160份西药处方进行分析研究,探讨西药不合理应用的情况。结果在该研究中,发现存在46份西药不合理使用的情况,占总数的28.75%,包括用药方式以及途径的不合理、选取的药物不合理、选取无显著特征的药物等问题。结论由于西药的种类较多,同时有些医生经验较为匮乏,对于某些不常见的西药的了解程度不够以及其他原因等,西药不合理应用的情况还是时有发生,医院需要对此进行相应的规范管理,以保障病人的健康安全。

Objective To analyze the irrational application situation of western medicine and carry out the corresponding management of the western medicine. Methods 230 pieces of medical cases in our hospital from September 2014 to August 2016 and 160 pieces of western medicine prescriptions were analyzed and researched, and the irrational application situa- tion of the western medicine was discussed. Results In the research, the irrational use occurred to 46 pieces of western medicine prescriptions, accounting for 28.75%, including the irrational medication method and route, irrational drug-select- ing and selecting the drugs without obvious features. Conclusion At present, the western medicine regulation proposed by our country makes a perfect provision of rational＇application of western medicine, however, the irrational application of western medicine still occurs due to many varieties of western medicines, lack of experience of some doctors and insufficient mastery degree of some uncommon western medicines, and the hospital needs to carry out the corresponding standardized management to ensure the health and safety of patients.
