探讨提高微生物标本检验准确率的有效措施

Study on Effective Measures of Improving the Accurate Rate of Microbe Specimen Test

目的探讨提高微生物标本检验准确率的有效措施。方法 2015年1月后该疾控中心根据微生物检验工作存在的问题并采取对应措施,将措施实施后呼吸道标本、粪便标本、口腔分泌物标本、尿液标本、血培养标本的检验正确率与2013年7月—2014年12月的检验正确率进行对比。结果措施实施后,呼吸道标本、粪便标本、口腔分泌物标本、尿液标本以及血培养标本的检验准确率均明显高于措施实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据微生物检验工作存在的问题及时采取应对措施,提高工作人员专业水平以及标本采集规范性、及时送检标本,是提高微生物标本检验准确率的关键。

Objective To study the effective measures of improving the accurate rate of microbe specimen test. Methods The countermeasures were adopted according to the problems existing in the microbe specimen test in this disease control center after January 2015, at the same time, the test accurate rates of respiratory tract specimen, stool specimen, oral secretion specimen, urine specimen and blood cultures specimen after implementing measures were compared with those from July 2013 to December 2014. Results After implementing measures, the test accurate rates of respiratory tract specimen,stool specimen, oral secretion specimen, urine specimen and blood cultures specimens after implementing measures were obviously higher than those before implementing measures, and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Adopting countermeasures in time according to the problems existing in the microbe specimen test work, improving the professional level of work staff and specimen collection standards, timely submission of specimens are the key to improve the accurate rate of the microbe specimen test.
