Research on Cleaning Effect Monitoring of Full-automatic Washer and Its Influence Factors

目的探究监测全自动清洗机清洗效果,并分析影响清洗合格率的因素。方法选择洁定46-5全自动清洗消毒机3台对镊子、手术剪等共计260件器械进行清洗,采用STF检测卡对清洗效果进行评定。然后根据检测需要选取150件器械人工血液污染后经过不同放置时间后进行清洗,统计清洗不合格因素。结果在对260件医疗器械进行清洗总体合格率为90.77%,不同器械清洗合格率相差不大。其中器械放置时间、加酶泵等机械故障以及清洗参数不合格等因素是造成清洗不合格的主要因素。结论全自动清洗机清洗医疗器械是安全可靠的,其中机械故障、清洗参数不合格以及医疗器械放置时间等是影响清洗效果的主要因素。

Objective To study and monitor the cleaning effect of full-automatic washer and analyze the influence factors of cleaning qualified rate. Methods 3 Jieding 46-5 automatic washer disinfectors were selected, 260 pieces of devices including tweezers and surgical scissors were washed, and the cleaning effect was evaluated by the STF test card, and then 150 pieces of devices after artificial blood pollution were selected according to the test demands and washed after different standing periods, and the unqualified factors of cleaning were counted. Results The total cleaning qualified rate of 260 pieces of medical devices was 90.77%, and the difference in the cleaning qualified rate between different devices was not big, the main factors of unqualified cleaning were device standing period, mechanical breakdown such as pump with enzyme and unqualified cleaning parameter. Conclusion The cleaning medical device of full-automatic washer is safe and reliable,and the mechanical breakdown, unqualified cleaning parameter and medical device stand period are the main influence factors of cleaning effect.
