摘要 目的探究以岗位胜任力为导向的全科医学教学模式。方法选取于2014年1月—2015年1月在回龙观社区卫生服务中心进行临床实习的100名学员,施行以岗位胜任力为导向的全科医学教学模式,在实习前后采用自制问卷调查学员的岗位胜任力的自我评价和实习后满意度情况。结果实习后基本技能和科学发展能力比实习前有了明显的提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实习后学员比较满意75.00%,满意20.00%,满意度为95%。结论以岗位胜任力为导向的全科医学教学模式能够提高学员的实习医生的基本职业技能和科学发展能力,为全面提高临床医学实习生的岗位胜任力提供了行之有效的方法。 Objective To study the post competency-oriented general practice teaching model. Methods 100 students for clinical practice in the Huilongguan community health service center from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and adopted the post competency-oriented general practice teaching model, and the self-assessment of post competency of students and satisfactory degree after practice were surveyed by self-made questionnaires before and after practice. Results After practice, the basic skill and scientific development ability were obviously improved compared with those before practice, and the differences had statistical significance, P 0.05, after practice, 75.00% were slightly satisfied and 20.00% were satisfied, and the satisfactory degree was 95%. Conclusion The post competency-oriented general practice teaching model can improve the intern basic professional skill and scientific development abilities of students, which is an effective method of comprehensively improving the post competency of clinical medical interns.
