摘要
目的了解远程教学在该院实施1年后的效果,及时发现不足和漏洞,以确定其未来的改进与发展方向。方法该文以问卷调查结果和日常统计数据为基础,通过描述性统计、非参数检验推断出医务人员对远程教学实施现状的主观感受。结果对课程时间安排的满意度百分比为50%;对师资满意度为75%;对课程内容实用性满意度为75%。不同年龄组参与远程教学的次数有统计学差异(Fisher=20.934,P=0.004<0.05),年龄≤35的参加人数最多。结论虽然医院目前的远程教学存在许多问题,但从卫生事业的发展前景来看远程教育在继续医学教育中有明显优势,远程教学的开展是医院适应时代潮流和信息化建设的正确决策和有益探索。
Objective To know the effect of distance teaching in the hospital after 1-year implementation and find out shortcomings and disadvantages in time in order to determine the future improvement and development directions. Methods The subjective sense of medical staff towards the teaching implementation status was concluded by descriptive statistics and non-parametric test on the basis of the questionnaire results and daily statistical data. Results 50% were satisfied with the course time arrangement, 75% were satisfied with the teachers, 75% were satisfied with the practicability of course content,and there was statistical difference in the frequency of taking the distance teaching between groups of different ages,(Fisher=20.934, P=0.004〈0.05), and the number of case whose age ≤35 was the most. Conclusion Even though there are many problems in the present distance teaching in the hospitals, the distance education has obvious advantages in the continuing medical education in terms of the prospect of medical enterprise, and the development of distance teaching is an accurate decision and beneficial exploration of adapting to the times and information construction of hospitals.
