真实工作情景导向的护理实习实训模式的现状研究

Research on Status of Real Work Situation Oriented Nursing Practice Training Mode

笔者在分析传统实习实训模式和"仿真模拟教学"缺陷基础上,提出真实工作情景导向的护理实习实训模式。在模拟演练过程中,护生会用信念、言行表现关注人、关心人、重视人的个性,满足人的需求和尊重人的权利,培养护生的人文关怀精神。同时复习近年来护理实训教学模式的相关文献,主要包括校院合作实训教学模式、竞赛模式下实习前综合实训、医护合作仿真模拟实训教学模式、"三段式"护理实践教学模式、三位一体实训教学模式和翻转课堂教学模式。

The paper puts forwards the real work situation oriented nursing practice training mode on the basis of analyzing the disadvantages of traditional practice training mode and simulation teaching, in the simulation practice process, the student nurses can express the individuality of focusing on people, caring about people and valuing people by faith and statements and actions thus meeting the demands of people and respecting the right of people and cultivating the humanistic care spirits of student nurses. At the same time, the paper reviews the relevant papers of nursing practice teaching mode in recent years mainly including ＂school-university collaboration＂ training teaching mode, overall training before practice under the race mode, doctor-patient cooperation simulation training teaching mode, nursing practice teaching mode, three-inone practice teaching mode and flipped class teaching mode.
