广内社区卫生服务中心老年人生活质量与心理健康状况分析

Wide Community Health Service Centers in the Elderly Life Quality and Mental Health Status Analysis

目的对广内社区卫生服务中心老年人的心理健康状况及其相关影响因素进行调查分析,为以后的心理健康干预提供一些参考,为今后精神卫生干预工作的开展提供线索。方法采用随机整群抽样调查法于2015年10—12月对该中心60岁以上的广内街道常住居民153名进行问卷调查,对问卷结果进行整理分析。结果被调查居民中影响社区老年人心理健康的主要因素为健康状况、家庭关系、居住条件、经济情况、人际交往情况以及自理能力;广内社区老年人SCL-90因子得分情况:躯体化(1.86±0.60)分,强迫症状(1.72±0.56)分,人际关系敏感(1.63±0.51)分,抑郁(1.66±0.58)分,焦虑(1.62±0.58)分,敌对(1.61±0.53)分等,SCL-90因子得分情况均高于全国水平。结论社区老年人存在一定的心理问题,社区服务在关注老年人身体健康的同时,应该加强心理健康的促进工作,提高老年人的生活品质。

Objective To survey and analyze the mental health state in elderly in Guangnei community health service center and its relevant influence factors and provide some reference for the further mental health intervention and provide clue to the future mental health intervention work. Methods 153 inhabitants aged above 50 in Guangnei Street in the center from October 2015 to December 2015 were randomly selected and surveyed by questionnaires, and the questionnaire results were sorted out and analyzed. Results Is the health status of the elderly in community mental health factors affect the residents,family relations, living conditions, economic conditions, interpersonal situation, and self-care ability;Canton community elderly adults with SCL-90 factor scores： somatization（1.86±0.60）, obsessive-compulsive symptoms（1.72±0.56） points, interpersonal sensitive（163±0.51）, depression（1.66±0.58）, anxiety（1.62±0.58）, hostile grading（1.61±0.53）, SCL-90 factor scores were higher than the national level. Conclusion The community elderly have a certain mental problems, and the community service should not only pay attention to the physical health of the elderly but also enhance the mental health and improve the quality of life of the elderly.
